After a number of years as a freelance assistant to both agents and casting directors, Will joined David Grindrod Associates in 2007. During his time at DGA he has worked on the casting of over 20 musicals including Ghost, Shrek, Sister Act, Hairspray and Chicago.

Television and Film casting includes Over The Rainbow (BBC1), So You Think You Can Dance (BBC1), Nine (Ensemble dancer casting) and Mamma Mia! The Movie (Ensemble casting).

Freelance casting credits include The Hurly Burly Show (West End), Liberation Day (NT Studio).

Will has a BA (Hons) degree in Modern Drama from Brunel University and is a former member of the Royal Court Young Writers Programme.
