This is evidence that we appreciate the extraordinary work of our peers and we all have been overjoyed in the welcome escape that so much of this work has brought us. There have been some unforgettable performances both on stage and screen and it was wonderful to come together and cheer on our community who so often are forgotten by the time the reviewers move in! We have optimism that casting directors and their vital input will be further recognised industry-wide.\u201d <strong>Jessica Ronane and Kate Ringsell,\u00a0 CDG Co-Chairs<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Host Jennifer Saunders<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>presented the awards and said\u00a0<em>&#8220;I am honoured to be cast as \u2018Host\u2019 for the 4th annual CDG awards .
