Kate Ringsell is a British London-based casting director who has worked on numerous projects in film and television.
Kate recent credits include Panic Carefully for Warner Bros / Esmail Corp and Vanished for ACG/Amazon. Her past feature credits include The Flash, The Railway Children Return, Peter Pan and Wendy, Tolkien, Justice League, The Lost City of Z & My Dinner With Hervé, which was nominated for a 2019 Emmy Award for Outstanding Television Movie.
She has also worked extensively in television casting – Netflix’s Fate: The Winx Saga, Sky Atlantic’s Riviera, Epix’s Berlin Station and Starz’s Network’s Counterpart.
As a Casting Associate Kate’s credits included Edge of Tomorrow, Fast & Furious 6, I Give It A Year and Cloud Atlas.

Victor started out Assisting Lucinda Syson on features TROY and ALEXANDER, and then quickly moved in to TV as in house Casting Director for Hewland International, overseeing their output including Sky One’s hit drama DREAM TEAM. In 2006 he was invited to be Associate to the late Carrie Hilton working on multiple shows with her, and then in 2008 he joined Gary Davy as Associate.
In 2010 he and fellow CD Kelly Valentine Hendry set up VHJ Casting, which over 7 years became known for casting many multi award winning shows including but not limited to BROADCHURCH, THE LAST KINGDOM, HUMANS, THE WRONG MANS, EPISODES (2 – 5) and FLEABAG as well as still running shows like GRANTCHESTER and UNFORGOTTEN. In 2017 it was time to go solo again and the first project as the newly set up VJC was the Netflix/BBC epic TROY: FALL OF A CITY, followed by shows such as the BBC’s WORLD ON FIRE, Amazon’s LEONARDO, Starz’ THE ROOK, and Sky’s DJANGO. Recent Film work includes Tom Ford’s CRY TO HEAVEN, Judd Apatow’s THE BUBBLE and Baz Luhrmann’s short FLOWERS. He also has a long and successful collaborative relationship with Director Lewis Arnold and they are currently working on their 10th project together, Will Smith’s THE SIEGE. Previous collaborations include CLEANING UP, DARK MONEY, award winning DES, the multi award winning SHERWOOD, THE LONG SHADOW and Jack Thorne’s THE HACK. Other recent work includes Series Mania winner REMATCH for HBO Europe, Alfonso Cuarón’s DISCLAIMER for Apple TV (co cast with Lucy Bevan and Emily Brockmann), Mark Williams’ SAFE HARBOR, pan European show THE KOLLECTIVE, a reboot of the much beloved MAIGRET, new thriller I, JACK WRIGHT for Federation Studios, the second season of Apple’s hit drama HIJACK and ITVs upcoming limited drama ADULTERY.
He also co-runs The Casting Office Ltd with fellow CD Andy Brierley. Joint projects include THE WATCH for BBC America, Frank Doelger’s THE SWARM and CONCORDIA, and Peter Kosminsky’s THE UNDECLARED WAR.
Victor is based in London.
