Isabella Odoffin – Assistant

Isabella Odoffin is in need of casting assistant to start work asap for a minimum of 2 months across theatre and screen projects.

Ideally applicants should have 1 year previous experience in a casting, including some knowledge of agents, assisting/running sessions, checking availabilities, Mac proficient, editing/uploading tapes, good telephone manner and great attention to detail. Some experience with child casting/casting searches is a bonus but not essential. Further training provided.
Office is based in Greenwich.

Alice Searby – Assistant

Alice Searby is looking for an assistant to work on a film for two months which could extend to a longer period or more permanent position. They need to be extremely computer literate, have a good understanding of cameras, experience in uploading, editing, cast it, drop box etc…
It’s a junior position, I just require a fast learner who’s happy to throw themselves at anything and get stuck in with answering phones, organising casting sessions and general office admin. Candidates need to be comfortable working on their own at times and going with the flow!

The job will involve lots of research and throwing themselves into the Filipino and Samoan communities.
Home office in Bethnal Green. Ideally looking for someone fairly local.

Kharmel Cochrane – Assistant

We’re looking for a new assistant to join our team. This person needs to have at least one years work experience in another office and know how to be a team player. We are a unique, eccentric office working on exciting Film and Television projects and having good initiative as well as a genuine passion for the industry is vital; as well as being warm, enthusiastic and personable.

This role comes with PAYE, paid holidays and other nice perks and we’d be needing the chosen candidate to start beginning of April (though potentially earlier). Our office is a short walk from Royal Oak/ Westbourne Park (Hammersmith & City line) Warwick Avenue isn’t much further (Bakerloo line)
