After several years in subsidised and commercial theatre, Carla moved into casting full-time in 2016. Since then she has worked as a Casting Assistant for Nadira Seecoomar, Dixie Chassay and Kahleen Crawford on various TV & Film projects. She has also worked independently casting for Theatre.
