Gilbert and Covell was established in 2016 by Casting Directors and long-time friends Ollie Gilbert & Katy Covell .

We cast commercials, TV projects and films and enjoy working with promising new film-makers and long-established creatives alike.

Genre agnostic, we enjoy working across a whole range of different projects and mediums but always with a commitment to delivering casting that offers truthful representation of our multicultural and diverse society, with a particular focus on encouraging and supporting talent from underrepresented groups

We pair 10+ years of combined experience on TV series, independent and studio films (including MARVEL’s Guardians of the Galaxy & Avengers: Age of Ultron) with an uncompromising dedication to always explore beyond the established talent pool.

Delivering authenticity and integrity in casting is at the heart of our approach; as specialists in street casting we have built established relationships with schools, community groups and charities throughout the UK and always ensure that no stone is left unturned in finding the perfect person for the role.
